Terms of Service

By using PlayFootballSim (https://playfootballsim.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

PlayFootballSimprovides a free browser game, squad reference pages, guides, and optional simulation tools for entertainment. The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Squad ratings, match outcomes, and Monte Carlo odds are game outputs — not official statistics, betting advice, or forecasts of real-world results.

PlayFootballSim is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any official football competition, governing body, national association, club, or player. Names and likenesses are used for identification only under nominative fair use.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes or to harass others.
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service at scale.
• Generate invalid ad traffic or use paid-to-click schemes directed at this site.
• Upload or share content through shared reports that is illegal, abusive, or infringing.

Tournament progress is stored locally in your browser. You are responsible for clearing or backing up that data. We are not liable for lost saves caused by browser settings, device changes, or clearing site data.

When you create a share link, match results you generated may be stored on our servers so others can view them. Do not share personal information in custom content fields. We may remove stored reports that violate these terms or applicable law.

The site may display third-party advertisements, including Google AdSense. Ad partners may use cookies as described in our Privacy Policy. You can manage ad preferences through your browser and Google's ad settings.

Original site design, code, guides, and presentation are owned by the site operator. You may link to public pages. Do not republish large portions of squad data or content without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of PlayFootballSim is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on game outputs.

We may update these terms or modify features at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
